Where are you located?

We run our own facility in the United States and forward to all major Amazon fulfillment centers across the country. We'll share the exact receiving address when you onboard.

Is there a minimum volume?

No hard minimum to get started. Our per-unit pricing scales down as your volume grows, and we can discuss the right plan on your intro call.

How does pricing work?

Receiving is free. FNSKU labeling starts at $0.40 per unit, poly bagging at $0.25 per unit, bundling adds $0.25 per additional item, and outbound cartons to Amazon are $3 each. Your exact rate depends on product type, volume, and prep requirements; book a quick call for a tailored quote.

Are there contracts or setup fees?

No setup fees and no long-term contracts. You're billed per unit as we prep, so you can scale up or pause anytime without penalty.

Can you handle large wholesale volumes?

Yes - high-volume wholesale is what we're built for. We receive at pallet scale straight from your suppliers, per-unit rates drop as your volume grows, and our capacity flexes with your seasonality, so you never have to lock into warehouse space that's too big half the year and too small the other half.

Can you handle fragile or oversized items?

Yes. We handle bubble wrapping, fragile prep, oversized units and custom packaging to Amazon's exact requirements.

What happens if something is lost or damaged?

Every unit is counted and inspected against your packing list when it arrives, and any discrepancy is flagged with photos the same day. In the rare case we mis-prep or damage a unit, we make it right - we re-prep at no cost and work with you to resolve any loss.

Is my inventory insured?

Yes. Our facility is insured and camera-monitored, and your inventory is covered while it's in our care. If you have high-value products and want details about coverage, just ask on your intro call.
